Skye Dance and Fitness was established in 2006, when they were asked to create a summer scheme schedule for children.
Rhian used this opportunity to create a summer scheme which was dance and sport based. Skyedownes foundation (now Skye Dance Academy) in association with Brent Homestart (now empowering families) was born. Designed as an evening summer scheme, its aim was to keep children off the street when they are more likely to get into trouble. It was a great success and since then hasn’t looked back!
